We set out on our dairy goat adventure a few years ago.  We knew we wanted to get a dairy animal, we just weren't sure if we wanted a cow or a goat.  When we were on a field trip with our daughter, she fell in love with goats!  So, that's how it all started :)

Of course goats must have adorable little baby kids each year, so they can continue to produce milk.  It didn't take long before we had more milk than we knew what to do with!!  We researched on what we could do with all this milk besides drink it and cook with it.  We have made some cheeses.  But once I started making goat milk soaps, I was hooked!  I gave sample soaps to friends and family, and asked their opinions.  Everyone loved it!

So here we are, making goat milk soaps and lotions as a business.  I LOVE making soaps and lotions, I'm addicted, so I'm glad others enjoy the products as much as my family and I do!

Lily was the first baby girl goat born on our little farm, so that's where the name comes from, "Lily's Country Soaps".  We named her Lily because she was born right before Easter :)

Our goats are mostly American Alpine dairy goats.  We also have Nigerian Dwarf, Nubian and fainting goats.  They are very friendly and fun :)

A few of our goats are Violet, Magnolia (or Maggie), Spring, Archer, Sunshine, Buttercup, Boots, Jasmine, Blossom, Belle, Clover, Clementine, Strawberry, Marigold, Minnie, Mickey, Levi, Miles...

If you go to our facebook and instagram pages you will see more photos of our goats and products:  www.facebook.com/LilysCountrySoaps @lilyscountrysoaps

We can do custom orders, so please ask :)
